If you’re interested in getting a little (or a lot!) involved involved in CJHR next year, please stop by the fourth-floor lobby of St. Pat’s this Tuesday, April 13 at 1 p.m. for an organizational meeting. At this meeting we will discuss:
+ Executive positions for next year
+ Group structure for next year
+ Future plans
Current members should brainstorm the nature of their involvement in the 2010-2011 club. We’ll reach decisions on executive positions as a group. Please come prepared with the following:
+ A suggestion of your position’s title (e.g. President, Vice-President, Administrator, Finance)
+ A description of that position (Feel free to invent something — be creative!)
+ An idea as to how you would engage Carleton students and CJHR members in club activities
Don’t be shy. The meeting will be informal and brief, and you don’t have to be a super-active member to propose a role for next year.
If you can’t make it to the meeting… please send us your proposed position and description by email by noon on April 13.
